Trying Tea Eggs

So after spending a little bit of time in Shanghai a month ago and having some tea eggs, I wanted to make my own. I figured since Easter is right around the corner, this weekend would be a good time to attempt them.

I used a recipe from CNNGo.com. Supposedly it's from a Shanghai street vendor, so hopefully it'll be tasty. I made them tonight and am planning on letting them marinate until Sunday.

We'll see how good they are in a day and a half!
